How Byner Revolutionized Staffing in 2024: Growth, AI, and Innovation 🚀

Last week, we gathered as a team for our annual company kick-off – an excellent moment to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had and to gear up for the journey ahead. Sitting in that room, surrounded by the whole team that drove Byner forward, I truly felt an overwhelming sense of pride. This pride comes not only from what we’ve achieved but especially from the impact it had on our customer’s success.
2024 wasn’t just another year; it was a rocket year 🚀. We achieved double-digit growth 📈, expanded into three new countries 🌍, and welcomed fantastic new customers along the way 🤝. Our focus on building a strong #staffing community has truly taken off, we’ve received the ISO 27001 certification and the release of Byner 3.0 with its integrated AI layer has taken both our product and the processes of our customers to a whole new level.
Here’s a look back at what made this year unforgettable and a glimpse of what’s next.
2024: Achieving New Heights in Growth 📈
In 2024 saw Byner achieve double-digit revenue growth, marking a major milestone in our journey. A testimony to the incredible work of our team and the proof of the trust of our customers. This milestone reflects our ability to provide reliable, value-driven solutions that directly impact the success of the #staffing organizations we support.
Building a Thriving #Staffing Community 🌟
This year, we celebrated the power of connection. Besides new customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, we have also been welcoming customers from Switzerland, Austria, and Germany to join our ever-growing network. Byner now serves customers across five countries, creating a vibrant, collaborative community of customers, technology partners and industry experts that share insights and learn from one another. These connections provide not just business value but a platform for shared growth and innovation within the staffing industry.
One of the highlights was our community event in Utrecht, which set new attendance records. Same like our event in Wiesbaden, during StaffingPro, these events showcase the strength of our community spirit. These gatherings not only reinforced Byner’s commitment to customer success but also offered opportunities for our customers to grow their networks and leverage shared expertise.
Innovation at the Core: Byner AI Assistant 🤖
Highlight of the year was obviously the go-live of the Byner AI Assistant, a fundamental layer that’s redefining how staffing organizations operate. The assistant streamlines recruitment workflows and is offering our customers a clear competitive edge in their markets. This new tool – alongside tons of other features – ensures that both existing and new customers gain immediate, impactful value from their investment in Byner. The power of these new innovations, in my opinion, lies in the co-creation. By actively looking and collaborating with customers, we create solutions whose impact is immediately tangible.
Our partner ecosystem has expanded as well. Together with new partners, like VONQ, Jobdigger, The Selection Lab, theMatchBox, In2Dialog, and others we have created new innovations and others. These collaborations have expanded our ability to deliver integrated solutions that drive innovation and provide seamless experiences for our customers.
2025: Focus on what’s important for our customers 🌍
As we step into 2025, we’re doubling down on our growth with a strong focus on our key territories – Benelux and DACH. These regions represent not just opportunities for expansion but also the chance to deepen our relationships with existing customers, helping them fully realize the potential of their Byner investment.
2024 was the year we proved what’s possible; 2025 is the year we take it to the next level. To my colleagues I’d say: thank you for your energy, passion and fun! And to our customers: thank you for believing in us and pushing us to be better every day.
