Great news! Byner is nominated by the renowned platform Recruitment Tech as one of the most promising Startup tech toolings for the Staffing and Consultancy business.

Why was Byner nominated?

In most companies, marketing, sales and recruitment already are well organized. With candidates and customers in the center of the business, and smooth processes to guarantee efficiency as well as a positive experience. But how about the next steps? Once the right professional is recruited for a project, things become more complicated. When it comes to activities like managing your customer framework agreements, scheduling of professionals, assignment management incl. compliance documents, time registration, and invoicing things often are labor intensive and error-prone while transparency is far fetched. Most back office systems tend to be strongly financially driven. They lack innovative power and user friendliness. Plus, for back office technology, there is still a lot to be won in terms of customer and candidate experience.

That’s where Byner comes in

Byner is co-created by industry and technical experts and customers and designed while placing customers and candidates in the center of all activities. The app helps companies in Staffing, Labor Brokery and Consultancy optimize their core processes from contract to invoice. So they can build durable relationships with customers, suppliers and professionals. While at the same time being compliant by default.

From 18 March up to 8 April people can vote for Byner on the Recruitment Tech Website. Every voter not only supports Byner, but also stands a chance to win free tickets to the Recruitment Tech event in November 2020.

The votes of the public jury and of the expert jury both count for 50% in the results. On Wednesday 15 April Recruitment Tech will announce the winner during a livestream on LinkedIn.

The winning Startup will be presented on 11 June, during the virtual version of Demo_Day, a yearly event for professionals in staffing and recruitment. By means of demos, sessions and tech talks companies can discover new developments in the market and try and test them first hand.
