Founder Robert Keser grew up in the industry. His father and uncle built a large staffing organization back in the 1980s. After gaining experience himself, Robert decided in 2000 to take his own path with a clear vision: focus exclusively on permanent placements, always with personal attention for both client and candidate.

Keser has always adapted to changing market conditions. What began as a focus on permanent office jobs evolved after the financial crisis into a specialization in order-to-cash and customer service. Then, after the COVID-19 pandemic, the market shifted again: salaries rose sharply, departments moved abroad, and demand dried up. In 2023, Keser made a bold move: a full focus on commercial B2B roles. But the market kept changing. Robert: “Things are moving so fast that training is crucial. That’s why we launched the Keser Academy, with AI as a key pillar this year. At the same time, we realized we had to invest in digitalization and automation. That’s the only way to stay future-proof.”

Keser’s software stack consisted of separate tools that didn’t connect well. Poor marketing integrations and limited reporting were major pain points.
