Byner takes the next major step in its expansion into the DACH region by appointing Florian Petersen as Business Development Director, starting February 1st.
Byner is proud to announce the appointment of Florian Petersen as Business Development Director for the DACH region, marking an important milestone in the company’s strategic growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With this hire, Byner underlines its long-term commitment to building a strong, local presence in one of Europe’s most dynamic and competitive markets.
Florian brings nearly two decades of experience in the German staffing and recruitment industry, with a strong track record in building high-performing teams, driving sustainable growth, and developing long-term client partnerships. Most recently, he spent close to ten years at RED Global, where he held senior leadership roles including Sales Director and Managing Director, with responsibility for large-scale recruitment operations and international teams across the SAP and technology ecosystem.
Throughout his career, Florian has successfully scaled business units and led cross-location teams, making him a strong strategic fit for Byner’s ambitions in the DACH region. His deep understanding of the German staffing market, combined with his international leadership experience, will play a key role in accelerating Byner’s regional expansion.

In his new role, Florian will focus on building and expanding Byner’s business development activities in the DACH market, strengthening partnerships, and laying the foundation for long-term success.

The appointment of Florian Petersen follows Byner’s accelerating expansion in the DACH region. In 2025, Byner reached several key milestones that laid a strong foundation for establishing itself in the market. Among these were the strategically important partnerships with FERCHAU Group and YER Germany, two of the largest and most influential staffing companies in the region.
