Please allow me to introduce myself. I started my career as a consultant mechanical engineering in secondment. I quickly realized that, besides the placement of technical professionals, I was passionated about systems and processes. On top of my commercial function I was also the ATS key-user. After 5 years of being active in job placement, I made a full transition to systems. My first role was as business consultant for the mid-back office systems, later as process manager for the entire IT ecosystem.

In addition, I think along about optimizations. I like to approach projects with mutual openness and clear agreements. for me the projects are a success when everyone is enthusiastic and can work optimally with Byner.
