We are hiring! Are you our new enthusiastic colleague who will focus on exploring and expanding our business potential in the Benelux for our brand new Salesforce App called Byner.

Byner automates the core of staffing & consultancy companies from contract to invoice. It creates synergy between marketing, sales, recruitment and delivery on the most innovative platform of the world.

Because we are in a scale up phase with a small team focused on the Byner solution, communication is easy and fast. Everybody is willing to help and you will get a lot of freedom and responsibilities to create joint success in working closely together with the Talent Peaks commercial team. Instead of chasing quick deals, we have proven that sustainable success is all about building long term relationships with our colleagues, our customers and our partners like Salesforce.

What will you do?

  • Create sales pipeline with potential clients that fit our industry & solution focus in the Professional services and/or Staffing & Recruitment industry

  • Develop opportunities across both new and existing clients by creating buy-in from stakeholders at all levels in our clients organisation and from Salesforce

  • Meticulously keep track of and drive activities across your clients and opportunities in Salesforce

  • Create winning proposals for our clients by working together with a dedicated pre-sales Consultants and an enthusiastic team of professionals/experts

  • Support demand generation initiatives such as events & trade fairs etc.

  • Collaborate energetically with our marketing team to initiate campaigns, webinars and events to generate leads

  • Work closely together with Salesforce account executives in Dublin, Brussels and Amsterdam to position Byner in the total Salesforce solution mix

  • Build trust and credibility by sharing knowledge on a regular basis with clients

  • Develop and implement joint sales strategies

What you bring to be successful

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience in selling SaaS software preferably in Professional services and/or Staffing & Recruitment industry

  • A track record of success in (over)achieving sales targets

  • A good understanding of the Salesforce portfolio of clouds, ecosystem and the Salesforce marketplace for cloud applications

  • Excellent skills to leverage C-level and Line of Business relationships

  • A vibrant network of clients or contacts in at least one of the following industries: Professional Services and/or Staffing & Recruitment

  • Have a track record of self-starting, risk taking and a strong drive to succeed in building new business opportunities

  • Fluency in both Dutch & English (written and spoken)
